What this is
These are the basic terms for using skira.app and requesting access to the SKIRA beta. They'll be expanded into a full service agreement when the product launches and starts serving paying customers.
By using this site or requesting beta access, you agree to these terms.
What SKIRA is right now
SKIRA is a closed beta product being built by SKIRA LLC. The website at skira.app currently:
- Describes what the product will do when it launches
- Lets you request access to the beta
- Includes a non-functional login page (deployed but disabled until the product launches)
The product itself is not yet available. Beta access is invite-only.
Beta access
If you request beta access, we'll add you to the waitlist. We may or may not invite you. Invites depend on capacity, fit, and timing. We'll communicate with you about your status.
If you're invited to the beta and you accept:
- You agree to give honest feedback when asked
- We may share aggregated, anonymized usage patterns in product analytics or future marketing
- We won't share your name, your company name, or any identifying details without your explicit consent
- Either of us can end the beta relationship at any time, for any reason
When the beta launches, additional terms specific to product use will be presented for your acceptance before you start using the product.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to:
- Submit false or misleading information in the beta form
- Send spam, scrape the site, or run automated requests against it
- Interfere with the site's normal operation
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
If you do any of these, we may decline your beta request, remove you from the waitlist, or take other reasonable action.
Intellectual property
The SKIRA name, logo, design, and content on this site are owned by SKIRA LLC. You can't reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without permission. (Reasonable quotation, linking, journalistic reference, and similar fair-use cases are fine.)
Anything you submit through this site (your email address, feedback, optional form fields) remains yours. By submitting it, you give us a limited license to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be perfect or always online.
The SKIRA product is not yet available. Anything described on this site about product features reflects our current intent, not a guaranteed feature set, schedule, or commitment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKIRA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our maximum aggregate liability under these terms is the amount you've paid us, which since this site is free is zero dollars (USD $0).
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify the beta waitlist by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
